We’re adding the Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner Apprenticeship to our Educator Apprenticeship offer.
This nationally recognised apprenticeship is for people who use their specialist knowledge to help others learn. Designed specifically for health and social care settings, it supports professionals who design, deliver and evaluate practical learning in their workplace, service or community.
This apprenticeship is particularly relevant for professionals who regularly deliver training, education, guidance, workshops, awareness sessions or learning activities. It may support those helping colleagues, patients, service users, carers, community groups or members of the public to develop knowledge, confidence or practical skills.
Which apprenticeship is right for you?
Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship
For professionals who regularly teach groups of learners, colleagues or staff, and want to develop their planning, delivery, assessment and wider teaching practice in health and social care settings.
Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner
For subject-matter experts who help staff, patients, service users, carers or community groups build knowledge, confidence or practical skills through training, guidance or learning activities.
